Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026
Desert Gem Permanent Jewelry is a small permanent jewelry studio in historic downtown St. George, Utah. We only ask for the information we need to book your appointment, plan your event and answer your questions. Here’s how that works.
What we collect
When you fill out our contact form or party form, we collect what you type in, such as your name, email, phone number, event details and your message.
When you book an appointment, buy a gift card, or pay with us, that happens through Square (Square Appointments and Square Gift Cards). Square collects the details needed to complete your booking or purchase, including payment information, under its own privacy policy. If you give a phone number when you book, Square may send you appointment confirmations and reminders. We don’t see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To reply to your questions and requests
To schedule, confirm and manage your appointments
To plan and follow up on your party or event
We don’t sell your personal information.

Kids
Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form, and we handle that in person at the appointment. We don’t knowingly collect information online from children.
