Permanent doesn’t mean indestructible. Jewelry can be popped off with effort—or even accidentally.

Your first repair is on us!

You can easily remove a Desert Gem with scissors or nail clippers if needed. We are always happy to reconnect your chain.

Like all high quality jewelry, simply buff and polish as needed with a soft cloth, soft toothbrush and some dish soap.

We love private events! We’re fully mobile and can come to you. A $65 travel fee covers up to 3 hours of service. Just fill out the form under ‘Book a Private Party,’ and we’ll be in touch.

Please arrive on time — if you are more than 15 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows or late cancellations may incur a $35 fee per person scheduled. Our time is reserved just for you — please respect our artists' time and availability.

Kid Policy: For safety and space reasons, children may only attend if they are receiving jewelry. All participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign a consent form.
